Fireplace mantels

Specializing in antique hand hewn hardwood barn beams, coming from Ohio, Indiana, Michigan area. Our mantels are handcrafted and designed to meet the customers taste and budget. As all of our mantels are custom we don’t have a surplus prefabricated, but often have the raw material in stock. Most orders can be filled within a four week turnaround. We work with all types and species of wood available, from softwood such as ponderosa pine and douglas fir to hardwood like mesquite, black walnut, knotty alder, and cherry, just to name a few. Our mesquite source is unmatchable. Many of the pieces are book matched. The material is provided vacuum kiln dried. Keep in mind that no two mantels are exactly the same, each one is an original masterpiece and will enhance the decor in any room.

Steel

Pocket door frames

Tubular steel frames in stock for both 2x4 and 2x6 walls for 6/8, 7/0, 8/0. Providing strength and stability for your 1 3/8" - 2 1/4" solid core doors. Custom fabrication of  our frames and I beam track to fit any rough opening, with ample lead time we are capable of meeting all your pocket door needs. Our hardware consists of I beam track with a pair of four ball bearing rollers rated to hold a 250 pound door. This can be broken down and sold separately. Often used for bypass track and hardware as well. We provide all components of the frame, including on site installation. The foundation that supports this superior track and steel frame is making certain your header is level and the frame is plumb. Once this is established there are no more call backs!
