Mantel Installation

Our installation includes a preliminary visit where all measurements take place. After we build the mantel in our shop we will come out in a team of two and install the mantel at your residence using the special bracket system recessed into the back of the mantel, along with two lag bolts into the fireplace wall. We will provide a clean and safe work area. This process usually takes about 1 hour per mantel.

Steel pocket door frame installation

On site installation by a team of two professional carpenters. This includes your choice 2x4, 2x6, or custom made frame for a special situation. Also a hardware package with I beam track, ball bearing rollers, bolts and screws to attach to your door, and a bumper and guide. We provide our own premium lumber as well as making sure that the header will be level without cupping or twisting. After installation you are ready for drywall. This process usually takes about 1 hour per door.
